The 5.000 m² Premium Alpin Spa, awarded with 3 lilies by the Relax Guide offers massages and relaxation treatments with HöflehnerNatur products, everything about alpenrose, Swiss stone pine wood and hay flowers. A 25 metres long sports swimming pool, a Luxury Infinity Whirlpool, a floating panorama hot tub, an Alpine hut sauna village, 3 relaxation houses and much more wellness highlights.

A lobby with an open fireplace, a Naturbar (nature bar), a smokers' lounge, ski rental, a library, a wine cellar, a hotel shop, and a seminar room are also among the hotel facilities. The children's entertainment is ensured by the property's games facilities.

The restaurant serves organic, regional and natural cuisine only and offers panoramic views of the Dachstein mountain range.

Natur- und Wellnesshotel Höflehner is only about an 8-minute drive from the Dachstein-Tauern golf course. 3 additional golf courses can be reached within a 30-minute drive.

The hotel is directly on the slope of the 4-mountain ski area Hauser Kaibling-Planai-Hochwurzen-Reiteralm. In summer it is an ideal starting point for hikes. Guided hikes are also offered.
