This stylish contemporary boutique hotel is ideally located on the vibrant Ipswich waterfront. The hotel is situated directly on the waters edge, surrounded by shiny yachts, and just a short walk from Portman Road Stadium, The Regent Theatre and the town centre.

All guests can log in to free guest Wi-Fi, relax or work from the guest lounge. All rooms at the Salthouse have 32-inch TVs and luxury ‘bath house’ toiletries. Some feature works of art, balconies & harbour views. Two penthouses overlook the harbour with floor to ceiling views of the marina, perfect for longer stays & special occasions. Superior rooms feature copper baths or chaise lounges’, as well as rain forest walk-in showers & fluffy bath robes.

Our Eaterie is the hotel's restaurant, filled with paintings and sculptures. Guests can book dining experiences in the 2 AA rosette restaurant which is open daily for breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea & dinner. Modern and Mediterranean meals are served, with 80% of the ingredients from local sources. Guests can dine in on the waterfront with a view of the harbour.

On site parking at the Salthouse Harbour Hotel is available on a first come, first served basis for an additional fee of £7.50 per 24 hours. Additional parking is available off site, only a short distance from the hotel on Duke Street. The hotel offers a dedicated concierge team to assist with car parking between 7am and 11pm.
