The pop-up restaurants have mixed the tradition of Algarve gastronomy with international flavors to savor something new and exciting. They include a variety of culinary showstoppers made with fresh, local produce.   

Introducing an innovative Portuguese-Indian infused menu ‘Rohini’ by Little Miss India. In homage to the Hindi word meaning ‘star,’ Rohini shines with authenticity and hospitality in the heart of Pine Cliffs Hotel, a Luxury Collection Resort, Algarve. A creative menu pushes the boundaries of Indian cuisine, promising a sensory journey featuring imaginative interpretations of Indian classics.

Portofino by MIMO, a pop-up Trattoria offering an authentic and unforgettable experience of Italian gastronomy. Located in the charming Praceta dos Limoeiros, with a setting that evokes the picturesque streets and squares of the region, Portofino by MIMO captivates the senses with live cooking, a wood-fired oven, cozy lighting, and an engaging musical selection. Their menu celebrates the traditional flavors of Italy, with a particular focus on pizzas.

These exclusive pop-up restaurants will only be open from June to the end of October, from 6.00 pm – 10.30 pm.
