A first Thompson hotel in Spain

In the eighteenth century, the building was the Church of San Luis Obispo, and now it is a gorgeous hotel with gold finishes, earth tones, and Spanish marble.

Thompson Madrid, part of Hyatt is a beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of Madrid's Golden Mile. The inspiration for the design and ambiance was based on the hotel's famous predecessor in New York - Thompson Central Park New York, part of Hyatt.

Thompson Madrid has 175 rooms and 22 suites with custom furnishings, walk-in closets, and unique works of art. The top two floors are occupied by the exclusive Penthouse Suite, with great views of the city. Each guest room and public space has art selected by artist Conchita Valentin.

The hotel's restaurant Familia La Ancha has a wide range of top-notch dishes crafted by the renowned Familia La Ancha restaurant group, including The Omar, an all-day bakery-bistro, and Hijos de Tomás, a clandestine cocktail bar with live jazz entertainment.

The hotel also has a state-of-the-art fitness facility, rooftop pool, and hydro-massage system.
